Please be notified a amendment has been made to the Hager UK Returns Policy under Faulty and Damaged Product Returns Section 2 Damage Product Return - Packaging.

In line with our carriers terms and conditions the customer must notify Hager of any damaged packaging within 24 hours of receipt, sending photographic evidence of the carton/label and any damage.

All other sections of the policy remain the same.

If you have any questions then please do not hesitate to contact a member of the debit note department who will be more than happy to assist between the hours 8:30AM - 4:30PM.
