The new range of Invicta 3 panelboards are our easiest boards ever to install, and will help you meet the needs of Part L2 of the Building Regulations.
Introduction
The last few years have seen
a major change in the design
and installation of commercial
electrical distribution systems.
The panelboard is at the heart of such a
system, whether acting as the main
incoming board or as part of the sub
distribution.
The new Invicta 3 panelboard range includes
250A, 400A and 630A / 800A panelboards with new
MCCB incomers.
The Invicta 3 panelboard comes in three ratings,
choose your required rating below to view the
information.
The Invicta 3 panelboard offers a wide choice of board ratings to suit all applications.
Ratings include;
250A (4 to 16 ways)
400A (6 to 16 ways)
630A (6 to 18 ways)
+ 800A hybrid (125A/250A outgoers)
3 & 4 Pole MCCB
3 and 4 pole TM MCCB / Non-Auto MCCB incomers with direct connection kits are available, giving an integrated installer benefit.
Door Options
Available with plain or glazed door options.
The glazed door allows devices to be viewed without opening the door.
Accessories
The contractor can benefit from an adaptable system on site with standard or tailored solutions.
Accessories such as key locks, cable extension boxes, meter packs and DIN rail boxes are available.
Key Hole Slots
To aid mounting and levelling, the Invicta 3 panelboard has a central 5th triangle, along with the key hole slots provides an easy fitting of the board to the wall.
Removable Pan Assembly
The pan assembly can be removed from the enclosure, this makes the product lighter making it easier to fix to the wall.
Pan assemblies can be purchased as a seperate part for fitting into cubicle switchboards.
Removable Door & Cover
The door and front cover can be removed, this aids the preparation for fixing to the wall and can be stored to avoid damage.
Retained Hinge Pins
The retained hinge pins allow removal of the door without disturbing other enclosures.
Twin Earth & Neutral Bars
The twin earth and neutral bars allow easy identification of Earth and Neutral conductors with corresponding phase conductors.
Generous Cable Space
The Invicta 3 panelboard provides generous cable space at the top, bottom and sides of the board, also allowing sufficient space for cable bending radii.
Removable Gland Plates
At the top and bottom of the Invicta 3 panelboard, there are removable gland plates.
This allows the installer to prepare cable entries away from the board, preventing ingress of swarf etc.
Pre-wired Meter Packs
Pre-wired meter packs are available for the Invicta 3 panelboards, the installer only has to fit the packs into the board, all internal wiring is included.
