Lighting Control Module
An LCM (Lighting Control Module) is a pluggable lighting control unit with individually configurable and dimmable outputs for analogue or digital luminaires. It utilises inputs such as occupancy sensors, light sensors and switches.

  • Klik LCMs enable the control of an area with up to four different control groups (four areas in a room or four separate rooms), allowing you to zone rooms for different requirements.
  • The Klik LCM has four occupancy sensor inputs with the ability to connect multiple occupancy sensors in series, allowing for flexible use in large areas.
  • The Klik LCM has up to four wall switch inputs, however multiple switches can be incorporated to control the same circuit.
  • The Klik LCM comes ready to install with the most common preset profiles only a tap away.
  • Emergency lighting test function has three adjustable profiles which are auto reset after testing is complete.
  • Where rooms have removable partitions the LCM can be pre-programmed to control these spaces as combined and separate rooms.
  • The corridor hold function allows two or more Klik LCMs to be linked together to maintain lighting in corridors. For example if a lone worker is in an office space and they have a notional corridor (walk way), the lighting will remain illuminated towards the exit increasing comfort and security and avoiding a worker from being alone in a single pool of light.
Occupancy Sensors
An occupancy sensor is a lighting control device that detects occupancy of a space by people and turns the lights on or off automatically, using infrared, ultrasonic or microwave technology. Occupancy sensors are typically used to save energy by enhancing your control.

  • Lighting control can be programmed and reprogrammed with ease through the use of the hand held programmer.
  • Klik can control standard and digital luminaires.
  • For applications such as meeting rooms where zones require dimming (e.g. presentation screen) rooms can include a mixture of standard and digital (DALI/DSI) luminaires allowing optimised lighting configuration.
  • Klik Occupancy Sensors can be programmed to switch on the light when entering a space (presence sensing) and switch off lights when rooms become unoccupied after PIR occupancy sensor time out; i.e. 20 minutes
  • Klik Occupancy Sensors can be programmed to allow users to manually switch on lights with a wall switch, and automatically switch lights off when the occupancy sensor times out; i.e. 20 minutes.
  • Klik occupancy sensors have an integral lux sensor, which can be programmed to dim or switch off luminaires to a pre-set lux level should there be sufficient natural light available.
Basic Control
Switches can be hard wired or pluggable and can be mains voltage or extra low voltage (ELV).

Building Automation
In addition to lighting connection and control, Klik 7 pin allows the use of KNX. KNX enables full building automation, including the control of heating, blinds, shutters, access and much more.
