Modular Protection Devices Range

Hager has launched the Modular Protection and Control product range.

The range consists of single and multi-pole MCB's, RCCB's and RCBO's. They have been developed to meet customer demands for innovative products that meet requirements of modern installations.

Compatible with present devices

The new range is fully compatible with Hager's present devices. All products are IP2x and no live parts are accessible. The MCB's comply with EN 60898 and the RCCB's and RCBO's comply with the IEC and EN 61008 and 61009 standards. The labelling on the new range allows simpler identification, installation and control are now marked on the front of the products, with other information now printed on the side of the devices.

Marketing Manager comments

Hager's product marketing manager comments, "Currently circuit identification on most consumer units can be very hit and miss. The new range of Hager MCBs, RCCBs and RCBOs labelling can either be inserted directly onto the device by the contractor or delivered to site with the devices already labelled by electrical circuit. The new range provides a more professional finished look and also makes subsequent maintenance and fault finding simpler."
