Modular Devices

Hager offer a wide range of Modular Devices to be used with all curcuit types. This includes Switch Disconnectors, Contactors and Relays, Control Equipment, Measurement and Indication Devices.

Indicator Lights & Pushbuttons

These products are for small, medium and large electrical contractors who undertake commercial installations, electrical consultants would also use these products.

They are composed of three families;

1. Indicator lights are now available in various colours such as red, green, orange, blue and clear.

2. Pushbuttons are available in various contact types, such as NO, NC, NO+NC in 1 or 2 poles and latching or implulse buttons.

3. Indicator lights & Pushbuttons as an association of the two above solutions.

Switch Disconnectors

These Switch Disconnectors can be used in all types of curcuit and comply with BS EN 60 947-3.

All switches have a green/red indication on the handle giving positive contact indication.

Contactors

Hager Contactors are for remote switching and control of power circuits. (20A-63A AC1)

All contactor ratings are for AC1 loads only, if the load differs from AC1 the contactor may need de-rating. This information can be obtained from Hager technical support, on number 0870 607 6677.

Relays

Hager Relays provide command of low power circuits at a maximum 16A, associated with push buttons, switches and time switches etc... The Relays will accept an auxiliary contact for remote signalling applications.

For the command of ELV circuits use interface relays EN145 and EN146. For command of high power circuits (20, 40 and 63 amps) use contactors as mentioned above.

Digital Time Switches

The Hager Digital Time Switches have been developed and adapted to suit today's expectations of contractors and end users.

As you can see from the image of the right, the display and buttons are protected with a cover, for ease of use the display has a lit green background. Also it has a reduced number of programming and navigation buttons. There is also a direct programming key or via an interface EG003 with programming software on PC.
