Auxillary Lighting Controls

Klik AX is a four contact connector for special circuit wiring applications, enabling a second supply or special connection to be made. Klik AX is perfect for emergency lighting and plays an important role in energy management systems.

Installation

The Klik AX gives two or more lamps a greater degree of control as the fouth contact enables alternative switching and supply options. There is a choice of colour for the plug and plug cover for those special applications that require some kind of identification.

Flexibility

The Klik AX's fourth pin can be used in applications such as emergency lighting with a permanent live as well as a switched live. The 4th contact also provides extra connection for stand-alone energy management control modules.

Safety & Standards

On-load isolation allows individual emergency luminaires to be unplugged simulating a power failure during "walk tests". These products comply with BS 6972 and BS 5733, and special purpose 4 pin plugs are only suitable for use with Klik AX sockets and Klik LDS. Warning - Plugs must not be fitted on the supply side of any installation, they must be connected to the load/fitting/appliance side of the installation.
