Enclosures

Hager offer a wide range of insulated, IP protected and metal enclosures. These enclosures are manufactured for all your electrical needs, in commercial and domestic premises. The enclosure range comprises of, Mini-Gamma, Vega, Volta, Orion and Vector.

Mini Gamma Enclosures

The class II enclosure range provides between two and ten modular ways. Snap in modular terminal bars ensure that the enclosures are suitable for a broad range of uses. An earth bar is provided as standard with additional earth and neutral bars added according to need.

Vega Enclosures

The IP40 surface mounting enclosures come with transparent or plain doors, in 1 - 3 rows (18-54 modules). The enclosures are of an insulating material coloured white, RAL 9016. The enclosures feature a removable chassis with DIN rails for ease of installation, top and bottom cable entry plates are removable and interchangable. The door is also reversible with an integral flush handle. An optional door lock is also available.

Volta Enclosures

The IP30 flush mounting enclosure comes standard with doors. It is available with 1-4 rows (12-48 modules) and has a maximum load of 63A. The enclosure is manufactured from insulated material, the door and frame are manufacured from metal, the door is also reversible. The enclosure is delivered with an earth bar, blanking clips and circuit identification labelling.

Orion Enclosures

The Orion steel enclosures are IP65 rated, according to IEC 529 insulation class l. Orion has earth studs on both body and door, with a removable metal gland plate at the bottom. There is a gasket directly moulded on the door, the door can be plain or glazed and equiped with one or two locks with triangular 8mm centres. There are 4 studs in the back of the body for mounting plate fastening and is available in RAL 7032.

Vector Enclosures

The Vector enclosure is IP55 weather proofed rated, the enclosure comes with a door, is available with 1 row for 3, 6, 10 and 12 modules. 2 rows for 24 modules and 3 rows for 36 modules. A adjustable depth DIN rails is featured except with VE103U. It is supplied with sealing plugs to re-instate the IP rating after fixing. Wiring ducts of 12-36 module enclosures/mini wiring channels for the left and right ensures conductors are neatly dressed.
